In emotionally difficult times, it helps to talk. And sometimes it's hard to talk to friends and family. This is when therapy is a great option.

Therapy is a space to talk freely, in confidence and without judgement.  It is a collaborative conversation with the sole aim of understanding and resolving your difficulties. The benefits can be immediate and long term. Get in touch for a free consultation if you want to find out how it could help you.

About Me

I’m a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society

With 16 years of experience in the field I use the insights from Existential Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help people feel more positive and fulfilled in their lives.  I started my first psychology degree in 1993 and have been committed to helping people improve their lives ever since.

We are all unique, but we also share a great deal of emotional experiences.  My blog explores some of these...perhaps you will recognise yourself.

I cover topics like stress, indecision, procrastination, social anxiety, low mood, commitment, anxiety and identity.  My blog also features regularly on-line for Harper's Bazaar magazine.
