The reasons people seek therapy are often very varied. Some of the most common are depression, anxiety, grief, anger, stress, lacking confidence, wanting greater self-awareness, relationship and career struggles, or generally feeling dissatisfied with the way things are.

But you may not be sure what's wrong, just that you don’t feel great.  Emotional distress shows itself in many different feeling tired, drained, confused, irritable, low in motivation and energy, having difficulty sleeping and feeling a bit out of control or stuck.

A Free initial phone consultation

Many people are not sure if they need therapy, or what kind, or with who. This initial consultation is a chance to think together about your difficulties and what you need.

First meeting

This is an opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other.  We can discuss what you want to achieve from therapy and make an initial plan for our work.

Regular sessions

Sessions take place in my lovely office on City Road, Islington.  Appointments are usually weekly and six weeks tends to be a good start.

Regular therapy sessions give you a chance to explore your difficulties and map out what's troubling you. You will gain empowering insights into your emotional life, develop new skills to dislodge unhelpful old patterns and improve the overall quality of your relationships and life.
